Laleon Exclusive
Laleon Exclusive is a fine jewelry house born in Istanbul, built around a single idea: pieces made not for a moment, but to be worn, remembered, and one day passed on. This was a team project. A designer and a copywriter were already in place, each responsible for their part of the brand world. Our role was specific and technical: take that vision and build the store that would carry it, and set up everything the brand needed to start selling and growing.
The work
Challenge
The work started with structure. Fine jewelry is not a high-volume catalogue, it is a considered collection, and the store had to reflect that. We organised the product architecture around how a buyer actually thinks: by category for those who know what they want, rings, earrings, necklaces, pendants, chokers, bracelets, sets, and by collection for those buying into a story, like the Ottoman Garden and Mama collections. Getting that structure right before any development meant the shop could grow without ever feeling cluttered.
Process
We designed and built the store on WooCommerce, translating the design into a working e-commerce experience without losing any of the finish the brand demanded. At this price point, the website is the product experience, so every detail, from how a signature piece like the Hürrem Galaxy is presented to how the custom-order journey flows, had to feel considered rather than transactional. The build handles the full commerce layer, product presentation, packaging and authenticity messaging, and bespoke enquiries, while staying fast and clean.
Solution
Beyond the store itself, we built the commercial foundation the brand needed to launch properly. Everything is wired for marketing from day one: tags, pixels, and tracking are connected and firing correctly, so that when paid advertising begins, the spend is measurable from the first click. Skipping this step is where most new e-commerce brands lose their early budget to guesswork. With Laleon, the infrastructure was in place before launch, not bolted on after.
Results
The final layer was email marketing. We set up the system and the capture points, including the pre-launch waitlist the brand is using to build its audience before orders open. That means Laleon is growing a database of interested buyers ahead of the launch, not starting from zero on day one. The result is a store that is ready in every sense: structured for the collection, built to the standard of the product, and connected to the marketing and email systems that turn a launch into a growing business, with the ongoing work set to continue from here.
